Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa
What Is A Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa?
If you are wishing to set up or invest in starting a new business within the UK, the Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa allows you to do so. Although this visa is now closed to new applicants, you can switch to the Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa from certain other routes or extend the visa you have already obtained.
Switching to a Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa can be done from either a Tier 1 Graduate Entrepreneur or a Start-Up Visa provided applicants meet certain criteria.
At Branch Austin McCormick, we understand that the ever-changing legal landscape surrounding visa applications, switches and extensions can be confusing. However, as experts in this field, our team are able to support our clients throughout the process, helping them to obtain their required visa with minimal fuss and delay.
