Ben joined the firm in March 2024 and acts for a wide range of international and domestic clients including private individuals, developers and investors. He specialises in high value residential property and deals with a broad range of residential property matters including sales and purchases, re-mortgages, buy-to-lets, new-builds, auction sales and purchases, transfers of equity and equity release.

- Acted on the disposal of a 6 million GBP property Grade II* Listed property in West Sussex.
- Dealt with the disposal of 150 leasehold properties, to over 60 companies, pursuant to a demerger.
- Acted for a developer who sold over 50 properties at auction.
Ben studied LLB (Hons) Business Law at London Guildhall University, before passing the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in London with a commendation. He qualified as a solicitor in 2006.
Ben enjoys travelling, preferably somewhere hot with nice beaches, and is also trying to visit as many capital cities in Europe as possible. Ben also enjoys attending live music events and trips to the cinema when not on taxi duty for his two daughters.
