Back to teamShe has acted for high net worth individuals, and international and domestic corporates in High Court and arbitration disputes concerning allegations of fraud, breach of contract and breach of trust, as well as jurisdictional challenges. Alla has advised on judgment enforcement claims in multi-jurisdictional disputes. Alla also has experience in dealing with the EU Competition Commission, most notably in the context of an application by a mining company for a negative clearance on a proposed trade agreement and has advised on competition aspects of a disposal of group of companies spanning 15 jurisdictions.
Alla obtained her LL.B Law with French Law and Language degree in 2000
