Leading London Law Firm Branch Austin McCormick has welcomed new Partner Eugene Matveichuk to its Dispute Resolution team effective from 1st September, 2022.
The full-service firm, which is based in Mayfair, advises high net worth individuals and corporate clients on property, corporate and commercial law, divorce and family law, dispute resolution, employment, immigration, regulatory investigations, residential conveyancing and wills and probate matters.
An international disputes lawyer with over 20 years of experience, Eugene Matveichuk advises major private and state corporations, as well as ultra-high net worth individuals operating mainly in the energy/natural resources, real estate and financial sectors. Joining from another leading London firm, where he was one of the heads of the litigation department , Eugene has extensive experience of working with domestic and international clients. He routinely conducts arbitrations in the leading international arbitration institutions including the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC).

Joseph is a solicitor advocate with Higher Rights of Audience and Partner in the Dispute resolution team. He represents clients involved in disputes, as well as investigations and regulatory matters. Praised for his “highly creative and tenacious approach”, he was highly commended for “Solicitor of the Year” at the Law Society Awards 2021. In addition, Tatyana Talyanskayajoined as a Partner within the Dispute Resolution team. Tatyana is solicitor advocate with Higher Rights of Audience with over 16 years of experience acting for domestic and international corporate entities and high net worth individuals in disputes and regulatory matters.
