Krish is an experienced Immigration Consultant and joined Branch Austin McCormick in 2022. Her previous experience extends to representing clients at a leading immigration firm in Mayfair. Prior to that, Krish completed a degree in law (LLB) and Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC). She was called to the Bar of England and Wales in March 2015. She then went on to complete a Masters degree in law (LLM)

Back to teamHaving held the highest level of qualification with the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC Level 3) since 2018, Krish naturally comes with a high level of knowledge of immigration law and practice.
She has represented personal and corporate clients who work and operate across all sectors. With this wide-ranging knowledge of various sectors, clients have the benefit of a full range of experience.With many years’ experience in immigration law, Krish has assisted clients in every category of application, including the Points Based System such as Tier 1 entrepreneur, Tier 1 investor and skilled worker sponsorship matters, overseas representative visa, EU settlement scheme applications, complex family-based applications and human rights-based applications. Krish has also developed significant expertise in applications made under the Innovator and Start-Up visa categories.
In addition, Krish has built up a specific client base in the Deep Innovation Sector, covering issues surrounding major and fundamental innovations on a human and global futures scale & disruptive tech.
Outside of work, Krish pursues a range of interests relating to film and art, sports activities such as tennis and boxing and she enjoys travelling.
Krish speaks Malay, Indonesian, Tamil and basic Hindi in addition to English.
