We advise on such matters whether it be for landlords or tenants, we also advise in respect of actions that a mortgagee may take and how to best deal with those types of proceedings.

We have extensive experience in all property matters including adverse possession claims where the land has been taken as ones own for many years and legal ownership is now sought at the Land Registry.

We understand that boundary disputes can be very demanding and that dealing with ones neighbours can raise particular challenges. We advise throughout the process including in court proceedings. Where necessary we will obtain an injunction at court to prevent the unlawful actions of a third party.
